UAE Orders:

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed before 5PM (where applicable)

Risk transfers to you once the order is handed to the courier.

We offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition and packaging

Returns:

  • Free return pickup within UAE

Exchanges:

  • Delivery fees apply

Refunds:

  • Processed after inspection
  • May take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account
